Cindy: Hmm, tech support should have had a potential fix for you.   However, it does involve remotely accessing your database and changing four of the tables with a special data tool.  So, it isn't something we can tell you to do as a DIY project. If you have a tech support agreement, I'd call again and ask them to cover you under it.  If not, any of the Certified Consultants can provide the recommended fix for a fee.  You would need to negotiate that directly. Also, this is just a work around at this time.  We are testing to see if it works for everyone.  So far, results have been good.
