Allen, If I don't keep Timeslips current in terms of A/R, and my boss asks me (a year from now) how much (net) we billed a client, or how much they paid, I'd like to know that the numbers in TS are accurate. Otherwise, I have to devise some method of keeping track of which clients in TS have correct and complete A/R data and which do not. How to you handle such information if you just refund the amount outside of Timeslips? -laurie
