MPORTER15: Unfortunately, your version is "officially unsupported" by Sage Software. That means you cannot call the company and get any help. They will insist that you buy an upgrade before they will talk to you. On the other hand, there is a network of Certified Consultants such as Caren Schwartz and myself who can provide individual support to both older unsupported versions as well as current versions for a fee. We can also quote you an upgrade price if you need that as well. You would need to contact one of us to discuss our rates. Take your time on the form, it is a bit tricky. If you cannot find anyone local to you, most of us also provide assistance via remote desktop to anyone with a high speed internet connection and a phone call. Often this works quite well for folks.
