Situation: I have a client set up with Max Flat Fee with duration of Job. Timeslips glossary tells me that “when using a maximum flat fee with a Duration of Job, you can edit the flat fee amount during the course of the job (after approving 1 or more bills). You can do this only if the Billed to date charges have not already exceeded the flat fee amount.” I go in to edit the flat fee and timeslips tells me: “you have already printed a bill using this bill arrangement. You can click Amount Calculator to re-calculate the amount of t his bill arrangement or click Start Another Flat Fee to complete the current bill arrangement and start a new one." Incidentally, I can find no button the says Amount Calculator.
