In the report entry screen where you filter and sort your bill run, click on the "print to" dropdown menu which by default shows "display". Change that to "printer..." and then click on the print button and select the printer you wish to use. Now look on the right hand toolbar and click the diskette icon and save all the options which will include the saving of this printer for this job. Hope this helps.
