It is done via the Bill Layout. Under Bills, Bill and Statement Layouts, open up the billing layout you are using and go to Section, Configure Layout Sections. Look for the item called Timekeeper Summary Table (it is usually at the bottom of the sections list. Check the box to the left to include that on your bills. You can optionally highlight the item and click the Options button to set it to only include the items for BILLABLE hours so that the table calculates correctly. Hope this helps.
