Address violation errors are hard to troubleshoot. First step, completely exit Timeslips and clear out all temp files. Then reboot and go into TImeslips and try the activity that was causing the code 2 error before you open any other programs. If still getting the error then let us know where in the program it is occurring. You might also try shutting down other programs that are running or testing on a copy of the database on the local workstation. The more information you can identify about when it is happening and what else might be running the more likely to find the cause.
