Hello, We recently upgraded from 2011 to 2014 and are having issues with entering slips. Specifically, we need to scroll to find a client name, whereas we used to be able to start typing the client name and it would bring us to the client. For example, if I am trying to find client "TIMESLIPS", I used to be able to start typing T-I-M-E-S-L-I-P-S and it would bring me to the client and I could just click on it. Now, if I try typing that same way, it brings me to the first T client, then to the first I client, then to the first M client, so the only way to get to Timeslips, is to hit T and then scroll until I find the right one. Any thoughts on what is happening and how to fix it? We have tried entering by nickname 1 and nickname 2 and neither work.
