Hi Amy and from Timeslips Help, Updating rates automatically If you mark the Update Rates when saving new rates check box (on the Interface page of the Personal Preferences dialog box ), the Update Rates wizard will open automatically, whenever you: Edit a nonzero rate for a timekeeper, client, or task Add or edit a rate selection rule for a client This wizard will walk you through the process of updating slips to use new billing rates. This includes offering a calendar for when the rate change should be effective. Note the above location for the check box mentioned is not accurate for TS 2015.
