My law firm services many teachers, each a client, who belong to various teacher associations. Each month we send each association the bills for services provided to each association. Sometimes there are as many as fifty separate bills, all sent to one association, which the association then pays with one check. How can I generate a report that tells me the collective total of all bills that were finalized and printed at one time, so that I will know how much the collective total due from the association is? Can I make a report that says that, on May 28 I approved and printed 52 individual client bills, lists the total for each bill, and give me a collective total? Thanks!
