Hi Caren - Yes, all windows in TS were closed when I clicked on restore all windows. So, I closed the program and deleted my prefs.prf file. I did not find a Timeslip.ini file. I ran the data verification and found 3 errors, all of which state "The field [Bill Stage] contains corrupted or illegal data" and, although I am not 100% sure, I believe these 3 relate to 3 clients which have been giving me problems for years, with an error that I cannot close the client because there is a bill in the revision stage, but nothing shows in the revision or proof stages for those clients. Another clue - I tried running bill for one client and the new June slips do not appear on the bill. When I select the client in Billing Assistant, the total due includes the amount billed for June. So strange to me ... any other ideas? Thank you!
