Thank you so much for the responses. Unfortunately, I think this is just not going to be possible to set up as I'd like. Purchasing an entire second license for her is cost prohibitive. eCenter is cost prohibitive. Buying a second laptop for remote access is cost prohibitive. The Excel spreadsheet is my most likely option, but it occurred to me that I then run into the problem of all of the obscure codes (abbreviations) the attorney write in. She'd have to type them all out, which again increases my expense hugely. I'm willing to spend maybe $150 total on this, otherwise it makes more sense to hire someone locally or do it myself. Rachel
