I, too, am an old-timer and a programmer. My first programming class in 1965 at MIT used punch cards. Can you explain how two apparently identical file structures, file dates, and file sizes can provide distinctly different results? Did that version of Timeslip use any files, including ..\Temp files, outside the installation directory? George
