Hi all: Our firm is running TS 2013, as you know, unsupported. We would like to purge some files, however, last attempt (about a year ago) we ran into the error of "Cannot Delete Task Code" even though no task codes were being purged. Long story, short, we contacted our TS Support & they used another way into the database & wiped these files out. So, my question is: Is anyone here able to perform this task for me if my scheduled purge runs into the same error & I am unable to complete myself? I am not even going to attempt it until I have someone lined up that could help. Many thanks!
