Allen: While you are absolutely right that he could print the slip listing to PDF, you would need to set PDF as the default printer for the Slip Listing report for it to work right from the Slip List view. If you look at his screen capture above, they are using the button on the right hand button bar to invoke the report, which does not give you the chance to see the report details/choose a printer. It just executes the report all in one shot. So, if the default printer is not PDF, then they won't see the option/be able to choose PDF. A lot of users think that that button is different from the other reports and it really isn't, but it does skip the report details view and just run. Hope this helps. Nancy Duhon, Esq.
