Unfortunate that you can't get training. Sadly, training is often the most overlooked component of implementing a vital business application like Timeslips. After all, it turns time records into cash in the bank when functioning smoothly! That said, you have two options IMHO: 1. Check off the clients you want to bill monthly and use the save template toolbar icon to name that template. The tricky part is managing those templates and retrieving the right one as you dynamically add selected clients. 2. A better approach would be to setup client custom fields where you would have a field that determined bill frequency. In you care that list would include monthly as well as other options that make sense to the practice. Make this CCF a required field so it must be completed when a new client is added. For existing clients save the appropriate value in the CCF from this client to all that make sense. Careful with exporting client values please and backup first in case you don't get it right the first time. Now all you have to do is filter for the correct CCF as well as a slip transaction date possibly when you run bills. Piece of cake! Which reminds me to say Happy Thanksgiving to all!
