The save and retrieve templates buttons are a couple of buttons below the diskette or save button. To ad a new client name retrieve the template, add the new client name and save the template again to the same name. Clients marked full bill hold will not get pre-bill worksheets or bills so no worries there. Once you understand about CCF's, they are a simple way to filter for bills to generate. So, create a CCF called bill frequency, save that value on one client CCF screen and then export JUST that value to the other 287 clients. Make the field required so on creating a new client you have to complete that field in order to save the client. Ready to print your monthly bills? Just filter for whatever date range you might want AND the CCF client filter where "bill frequency" = monthly. I can't explain the process and more clearly than that and CCF's are so useful for other practice management issues.
