Karen: It sounds like she has been submitting a LEDES1998B file previously, but now they want that old invoice status field of Initial, Interim and Final. I know we used to use that field for one of the formats, but LEDES1998B does not require it. It is not part of the spec. I know Bottomline is the latest name for one of the old audit houses, but can't remember which one and I think that old spec allowed for additional fields like that.
