Don't know what version of Timeslips you are using but you will need to look into purging that funds transaction. Search the online help for "how to purge funds transactions". Then proceed with caution and heed the warning that comes up when you elect to do so. You will want to use filters to select just that transaction ID. You will want to ensure that your funds reporting is accurate for this client after the purge is complete. Make sure to do a backup first as you are advised. Good luck!
