Forum Post: Error when go to Generate Bill

We are using TS 2015. We are trying to finalize a bill. We can run, display and print the pre-bill. We want to finalize the bill and "Approve to send to client". We go to Generate Bills and are able to display the bill (Print to Display). However, when we go to print to a printer (or to a .pdf or a .rtf) we get the error message "No data was selected". Either there is no data available or the Selection Filters exclude all records." And the popup which would allow us to "Approve to Send to Client" doesn't present itself. We know there is data for this client since the report displays. We are able to successfully generate and print and approve bills for lots of other clients. Any ideas what is causing our problem in this case? How do we find out what layout or report is used when we go to "Generate Bills" so we can see if that is different for this client or any filters are causing a problem (which I doubt since data is displayed)?
