When a user imports a remote database using the Remote Exchange in Timeslips 2011, the file appears to be imported correctly but there are no records imported. The user exporting her database selects the email database option. This issue is unique to one user in the organization. Other users have no issues with their exported databases being imported. What settings should I look at to ensure the configuration is correct? Also, in Timeslips, when a user is creating a new slip, she wishes that the date field is pre-populated with the date entered on the previous slip. What setting needs to be changed for this to work?
