In the case of the TSRemote, are you importing an SLP file or exchanging and XFR file? Two different processes. If importing an SLP file, what does the TSImport Journal say about the import of the remote slips? As to the data prepopulating with the previous slip data, check under Setup, Preferences Slip and check off which fields you would like the program to copy from one slip to another.
