Nancy, I have not got this taken care of as I have been at other clients today, hopefully in the next couple of days. Also, the company is on the latest release because the company moved physical locations and then decided to put TS2016 on a USB external hard drive instead of leaving it on the server. The company was then wondering why TS2016 did not work plus only one person could log in at a time. I then had to update their server to be able to reinstall TS2016 and then restore from backup - which of course was done by one of the attorneys. Of course being a Certified TS2016 Consultant they called me because TS support could/would not help them. My company normally sets up the network for our clients (We also do IT Outsourcing) so when I walked into this mess...it has been an adventure. I have asked for maybe the old server so I could pull the old original database before they backed it up but they think they put it in a storage unit and I have not seen it.
