Hello Caren, Thank you for responding. We verified data in both QuickBooks and Timeslips and all checked out ok. Timeslips is set to connect to QuickBooks only when it needs to transfer a transaction. QuickBooks is always opened first and remains open. No date range is set. Never have had one. QuickBooks shows 647 DBFile Fragments. Workstation has over 4GB of available memory Edits made to Timeslips clients immediately transfer to QuickBooks. This continues without problem. Linked names are synchronized when the Timeslips Database is opened. Once again, no problem/change. Name are synchronize when generating bills. This is happening on multiple workstations.
