We're trying to get Sage Timeslips 2011 working with Outlook 2003 but every time we try to do something like add a new client, TS runs through the checks and eventually comes up with this error: I have made sure that Outlook is the default client by going into Outlook and specifically checking off make Outlook the default mail clients. Tried doing it within Control Panel Add/Remove Programs/Defaults. Contacted support and was told to upgrade to the latest version - this will solve it guaranteed. Any ideas or suggestions?
