When you go through the update and some slips dont get updated it is usually one of two things 1. The slips are already billed - the update only changes unbilled slips 2. Some filter is excluding the slips from being updated. To assess the situation I would first run database verification with only look for errors checked, just to make sure there are no problems. Beyond that, would probably need eyes on to troubleshoot.
