If they are sorting by the Timekeeper, but in reverse order, I suspect that your sort setting is set to Ascending and not Descending. Right before you are ready to click print, click on the Sort and Subtotal tab and check to see how your sort is being told to behave. You should just need to change the middle value for the Order from Ascending to Descending or vice versa. Try that first. Has it been working in the past and recently changed? Or are you trying to get this to work for the first time?
