Forum Post: Split Billing - How do I close clients when the error message says they show as still being on the split billing template?

Hi, I am trying to close out clients that were once part of the split billing feature.  I now know how to do it correctly but early on I sometimes neglected to first delete the "reoccuring" rule in split billing before deleting the client.  Is there a way to close improperly closed out clients?  I tried restoring the first client but that did not work.  Many thanks for any help you can provide.
