We upgraded from Timeslips 2013 to 2016 last year, and just recently upgraded to 2017. I noticed in both TS 2016 & 2017 that when I enter the Client, Task & Reference in a new slip, if I see I made a mistake in one of those sections & want to change it, I have to enter the correct Client, etc. twice in order for it to be changed. I used to be able to just go to Client, enter the new one and it would be corrected & I could move on. Now I have to go back and type it in twice for it to change (or sometimes I have to hit Delete twice to get rid of the incorrect one. Is there something I'm not doing right or a setting that can be changed? It seems counterproductive to have to enter the same thing twice....not to mention not noticing the mistakes and then an attorney or client sees it. Also, I have noticed that moving from slip to slip and also entering slips seems to be slower. This is the only area I have noticed is slower (and so annoying). I have performed a data verification which showed no errors, I went to Performance Settings and unchecked everything, and Timeslips is excluded from the anti-virus program on the server & my computer (I found those three possible solutions in Sage Community). I am the only one using Timeslips. It is still slow Any other possible cause or is it just Timeslips? Thanks for your help.
