Thanks Caren, are you referring to Windows temp files, or something specific to Timeslips? If it's Windows, then we tried clearing those out to no avail, but if there are specific Timeslips files to clean can you tell me where they are? So far the error seems to occur randomly - sometimes she will open the program with no problems, other times the error will occur and she will need to close it and re-open. I've tried virus scan and hardware diagnostics to rule those out. I have not run the database verification utility yet because I'm not familiar with the software and haven't wanted to run the risk of damaging her data. Regards, Chris
