Version: Sage Timeslips 2015 on Windows 7 - 64 bit. I have two related problems that I believe will have the same answer. 1. One of our paralegals' rates changed and we have them enter their own time on sagetimeslipsecenter.com, but the new rate does not show up there for her to select. I've been manually changing her rate once the data is downloaded and transferred. I changed her rate under Timekeeper Information and it hasn't worked on either. 2. Three of our associates' rates show up as one amount once I enter the client name, but under Timekeeper Information, their rates are correct. How do I change the rates so they are all automatic and correct so I don't have to keep wasting time manually changing them? Were the timekeepers entered incorrectly? Thank you!
