Quick Background: Domain environment. Two Separate companies accessing same server, but different network shares. Company 1 accesses Drive R:, Company 2 accesses Drive P: (both drives are just shares on the same server and server drive) Users for Company 1 have their TimeSlips DB in R:\folderA\DB\main.db Users for Company 2 have their TimeSlips DB in P:\folderB\subfolderB\DB\main.db Now they have a couple users on the network that split time between Company 1 and 2, so they have access to both folders. Unfortunately it seems that they cannot switch between databases. If we run the loclInst\Setup from Company 1's installation folder, then they can open and access Company 1 TimeSlips DB fine. But when closing TimeSlips and trying to open TimeSlips and open the DB from Company 2's folder, it comes back with an error and will not open the DB. Below is the excerpt of the error. Does anyone know if this setup is possible? or do I have to change the folder structures to match completely (except for a different drive letter)? Or is there an alternative way to do this setup? Error Message: Another program is accessing your Sage Timeslips database in a way that prevents you from accessing it. Check for these causes: 1. The file paths to each installation folder must look the same except for the drive letter 2. Sage Timeslips is installed in multiple locations. Only one installation can access a database. 3.
