Hello - I have a Windows Server based Timeslips 2017 set up. 20 workstations access the server's Firebird-based TS application. I was hoping for more advanced features with this purchase of the very latest version, but the 2017 TS Scheduled backups is still fairly basic. The problem: I cannot get it to work, so I always need to back up manually [then it works]. I tried various Database Timeouts in Station Administrator to no avail. Do all logged in users still need to be logged out of TS in order for a backup to occur? Thanks. Happy Thanksgiving.
