Caren, I've tried it before, but I can't figure out a way to make the filters work. Basically, what I'm trying to do is filter out clients we haven't seen in over a year so I can focus collection towards active clients. However, if I filter out by slip date, it will remove time from active clients that hadn't been billed (time I would consider collectible). Effectively I want the report to remove "inactive" clients without my needing to manually go client by client and assign them as inactive. None of the filters seem to do that unless you know of a way to make it happen?
