Chetan, I happen to know that Caren is at a conference today and tomorrow, so will step into this thread to try and help. The short answer is yes, I'd be happy to help you get it installed right. The long answer is that this is how I earn my living, so I can't do it on a pro bono basis. If you have just purchased the 2014 and still have your one incident within 30 days of purchase, you can try and call Sage Technical Support and get them to help you. If you bought a Technical Support Plan from them, that would also entitle you to be able to call Sage Timeslips Technical Support. If you have neither of those, then you will need to contract either with Sage directly or with one of the Certified Consultants.
