I don't see 'TSTimer' running; I see 'Timeslip.exe', and 'TSSchBkpService.exe'. I just tested again, and now I see - on the 'Licenses in Use' screen - TWO near-identical entries for the one user/workstation - same Computer name, same UserID, same Session Type. The Activation Date for one shows yesterday (I cleared all licenses yesterday), and the activation date for the other shows today. So this one user workstation is consuming two licenses since I cleared out all licenses yesterday. My version is 2013 Build 21.0.1.181 and my installation path is N:\Timeslips\, where N: is a mapped network drive. On the 'first screen' that appears in Station Manager, I see my user come and go as she launches and exits TimeSlips. I've just done a cleanup of all three users' configurations (I found some inconsistencies in terms of 'installation path'). At this point, all three users seem to be behaving 'as expected' so I'll keep an eye on it and put this down to pathing issues for now! Thanks
