Sorry for the very late reply, but I do believe assigning 'Everyone' FULL permissions across the board is what resolved this. I had to forcibly remove the inherited permissions in order to add 'Everyone', but once this was done, automated scheduled backup of Timeslips locally worked I then use a small, free program called 'RoboMirror' to copy that local backup to an external location for emergency or disaster recovery types of purposes. I also updated to the latest SR, as Steve mentioned but that did not by itself make the backups work. However, it did fix a minor unrelated invoice issue ;> Thanks for the insights, all!! David
