Timeslips generally comes out with a new version in the June timeframe. The support policy is current version and two back. Once the new version is out and available ecenter is no longer supported by the older version. So - assuming that 2018 is released in June, 2015 will go off support. Sage is giving you until the end of July to upgrade. At this point you have a choice, you can upgrade now to v2017 or you can wait and upgrade to 2018 when that becomes available. Either one is then supported for three years, which means 2017 support will end in July 2019 and 2018 support would end in July 2020.
