OMGoodness RLM, that just sounds painful to do it in Excel! But okay..... You may also need to clean out your temporary files on that machine, or make sure that the location of the temp files is not getting scanned. Does it seem slow when you click save, or when it returns to Billing Assistant to recalculate the bill? To test this, you could try leaving Billing Assistant closed and using the GoTo button on the Slip entry toolbar to tell the program to go to a specific slip number to make and edit. You will have the slip numbers on the worksheet, so you will know exactly which slip you need/want to edit. If it is fast with just the slip entry window open and Billing Assistant closed, then that can be a bit of a clue. If it is slow just saving the slip, that would be something else.
