Jennifer: It sounds like you may have been using an older version where there was a check box under the specific Client's Information where you could essentially say "show time spent on this client's bill." Timeslips changed the way they do that. Instead of being a bunch of client specific settings what shows on a bill is now a matter of which bill layout that client uses. As Caren has mentioned you will need to either create a new layout or edit an existing one that will have that data element in the time section of the bill layout. Then, you will need to make sure that that layout is assigned to the clients that you want Timeslips to use it for. Hope this helps.
