During the approval portion of generating a new invoice, Timeslips stopped responding and hung up. Timeslips crashed and forced a restart. The bill was printed and available for viewing in paper form, however, the bill now cannot be viewed in Timeslips or be re-printed, undone, as Timeslips indicates that the bill is still in the proofing stage. We cannot view it and if we generate a new bill, a portion of the billable entries that show up on the printed document appear again as if they were never billed for. Help!
