Thank you for the suggestion. I opened "My Bill Layout", chose Section -> Configure Layout Sections -> Time Charges from Slips -> Options -> unchecked "Show total hours" and saved the layout. Then I re-ran a bill using the layout we use (a different one from My Bill Layout). There is no change in the results. Is there a good next step to try?
