I don't think your clients are missing, but I do think you are having trouble seeing them easily. Unfortunately that is going to be sort of difficult to troubleshoot via a bulletin board. It's a problem that would be easier to resolve by being able to look at the screens with you. While that sort of service is available, I would be something that a consultant would charge for. I can't imagine it taking very long to figure out, but then my imagination is not always the best measure of such things. ;-) I just think your time and $$ would be better spent hiring someone to help you with it, rather than struggling too much with self help.
