Okay, let's back up a bit. WHERE (as exactly as possible) are you trying to sort the A/R? Are you trying to run a report? Or are you trying to sort something that is showing up on the Enhanced Navigator? It sounds like a Navigator because you are saying that you were trying to sort by clicking on a column, but I'm not sure.
