There was nothing specifically done to Timeslips that would prevent usage of Dragon Naturally Speaking. You would need to contact support at Nuance for assistance with that application. Timeslips 2015 implemented voice commands and transcription using native Windows Speech Recognition virtually eliminating the need for using a 3rd party application for voice transcription.
