Every update of the TimeSlips program on the network requires the user to install the updates locally with administrator rights which our users do not have. Make this easier for the admin with some kind of tool that allows an individual update to be pushed with those rights built in so the user can click through the update without having to supply the Windows admin PW---or better yet that it installs automatically when they open the program on the workstation. Also, preserve their settings so that the setup questions do not have to be answered each and every update which is annoying to the user and almost always generates a call to local support. Setting up a group policy for every update is a pain. We have a small number of users that makes it a toss-up on time and energy between setting up a group policy or visiting each workstation to supply the necessary credentials. This process should be more seamless for the customer. Thanks.
