Can someone please give me the name of the report that will pull the slip type EXPENSE and give outstanding a/r balances for each client by a given date, say Jan 31, 2013 or Feb 28, 2013? I'm not familiar with the terms so I'm not sure what "fields" have this data. The field i cannot seem to find/pull is EXPENSE (appearance fee, appraisal, certified copies, etc). It appears to be ACTIVITY, but I cannot figure out how to extract it for a month's period of time and also show the cumulated ending balance per customer (i.e. outstanding a/r for these expenses as of x). I can easily follow keystrokes, such as: Reports A/R Transactions User Defined A/R Transaction Listing (or whatever report I need) Then what? For above report, there's A/R TRANSACTION TYPE, but i don't see EXPENSE as a 'type' Please help! I'd be glad to provide my expertise free of charge for any QB or MS products (Excel, Word, Access, Publisher).
