I love Nancy's suggestion about using the Overhead rate, but unfortunately there is only room to store one overhead rate per timekeeper, so for this I think you will need to look beyond. Note, though, that some firms do a great job of calculating the overhead rate as what it costs *the firm* to have the employee on staff, which goes way beyond what that person is paid. You can include benefits, overhead, etc. But that is a discussion for another time.
