Forum Post: Closed Clients

Hi, All.  Was wondering if anyone knew how to fix balances showing up for clients on the Aged A/R Transactions report when there should be no balance showing?  It looks as if the entire total of every invoice sent for the clients is reflected.  What happened is that I messed up and closed some clients per former employee's instructions but was not made aware of the issues of closing a client that has outstanding issues (unbilled transactions, undoable invoice, etc.).  I have done the data verification but that was no help.  We have a very old version of Timeslips (2005).  I tried to change balances on the billing assistant per some instructions I saw on another website but I can't seem to be able to do that with our version of Timeslips. Can anyone tell me if this issue can be fixed and, if so, how to fix it. Thanks a bunch!!
