It probably can be fixed, but to be honest, I am having trouble following your post. Closed clients typically do not show up on the Aged A/R report. Are they showing on yours? Are those the accounts that are messed up? Or are other Open clients showing up incorrect? What about them is incorrect? Can you describe it? Here's the thing, that really sounds like something that it would be better to hire a Certified Consultant for rather than try to post messages back and forth on a bulletin board. Many of us here work via remote desktop tools with users all over the country. If you have a local Certified Consultant that your firm already uses, give them a call. Otherwise you might want to float the idea of hiring someone to help you with this to get it done right and quickly. Hope this helps.
